B110 The Byways was a cafe restaurant for staff and visitors located on the floor below ground level in County Hall on Bythesea Road, Trowbridge. You went down a splendid broad carpeted stairway into a large room with tables and chairs. You could have a light lunch or just meet and chat with colleagues and local councillors.
